Anyone who has visited liked the property. It’s cosy and ideal for max 2 people I think. As you can see from pictures you enter into a lounge/kitchen area, then the bedroom which is 2.8x3.7m and a washroom. This unit is for 2 of us to share and we can easily make it work. Neighbors are doing the same and they are really friendly and keep to themselves. We do not have laundry facility so I use coin laundry or shove my clothes in my sister’s washer when I visit her. I have a small to medium sized fridge, tv, Netflix, ps4, tower stereo, unlimited nbn internet which you’ll share. The sofa doubles as a bed if needed and I love sleeping on the blue recliner on an average day so CONGRATULATIONS! 🍾🥳 you just won the bedroom....for most nights. The second floor consists of living area and kitchen with a guest bathroom and the third storey consists of the two final bedrooms each with their own ensuite. Location is in Ascot Vale right near two train lines, tram line and a bus stop literally at our door. Right near Vic Uni, we also have a gym at the end of the street with its own pool, nearby bike tracks to the city and shops right around the corner, we're in an ideal location for those wanting to be close to the city but away from the hustle.
