This home gets plenty of natural light and is perfect for someone who wants to live comfortably in a quiet, peaceful environment. The neighbours are lovely and supportive — it’s a great area to come home to.

My boyfriend and I live together on the ground floor, and we’ve shared our home with a wonderful housemate for the past five years. He’s now moving back to his home country, so we’re looking for friendly and respectful people to move in.

The house is bright, spacious, and super comfortable — a perfect place to relax after work or study. We like to keep things clean and tidy, and we appreciate others who do the same so everyone feels at home.

We provide everything you’ll need — a bed, desk, bedside table, wardrobe, tallboy, plus your own set of pots, cutlery, and cooking essentials.

There are two rooms available at the moment. We’ve always kept one as a spare, but now that our housemate is leaving, we’re happy to show both rooms during inspections so you can choose the one you like best.

Inspections can be arranged on weekends or 6pm to 8pm during weekdays, whichever suits you best.

At the moment, you won’t need to share the bathroom with anyone else, but in the future, if both rooms are rented, you may share it with one more person.

Located about 25 minutes from Southern Cross Station, the area is full of greenery and perfect for walks and relaxing outdoors.
