The pictures don't quite do it justice. The house has evaporative cooling, ducted heating, split system in 3rd bedroom, security doors, flyscreens, exterior window shades, lockup single car garage and large secure rear yard with shed. It is very close to Central Square Shopping Centre, with easy access to the freeway and it is only a 5 minute drive to the beach *insert shocked face* which I walk along every day.
