I am building a two bedroom unit/small townhouse in Brooklyn. The property won't be ready until late March or early April (whenever settlement occurs). It is hard to pin point an exact move in date but it will most likely be sometime in April. You will get your own unfurnished bedroom which is roughly 3mx3m with a shared bathroom. The unit will be furnished within a couple of weeks of moving in (just need to purchase and get them delivered). I have attached the plans of the unit and some photos I've taken of the development of the property. Internet and Foxtel bills will be covered by myself. Bills to be split will be water, electricity and gas. I'll take care of anything else (rates, body corp etc...). The property is perfect for anybody working in the city as Footscray station is about 5 minutes away and it's only a 10 minute drive to the city (on the West Gate Freeway).
