About the flatmates
I've a bedroom in my own house available. Last housemate moved out when he purchased his own house. He was brilliant.
The house is fully furnished. Quiet street in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by parkland.
I work part-time. There's just me and my three Sealyham Terriers here. (They are a low-allergenic, non-shedding breed.)
The bedroom has basic furniture to which you may add or I can move it out. I use the second bedroom as a study/ wine cellar/ storage.
I like to cook and it's just as easy to do so for two as for one. I'd prefer a true share house situation so that we both feel comfortable. Getting along and respect for the property and each other is my prime consideration. Everything else is negotiable.
