We live close to the park and dog park - would consider someone with a dog or cat provided we meet them first. We have Foxtel, Netflix, unlimited internet and air con in the living space. There is plenty of storage space available if you have a bunch of stuff and parking space in the garage or driveway if you prefer. The house is fully furnished (optional furniture in room for rent), the lounge has a great layout of recliners around a large tv with blue ray and Foxtel. There is a massage chair to one side. The kitchen was recently renovated and includes dishwasher. It has all crockery, cutlery and small/large white goods. There is a separate laundry (washing machine & dryer) with cupboards. The house has a great rear deck with a nice view, table setting and BBQ available for use. There are very loving cats and dog to keep you company, but your welcome to have a pet free room. The carport is taken but parking on the driveway when not in use is available.
