There's secure parking underneath: 1 car park for the apartment, and I dont yet have a car so you'd be free to use that - we could work out parking arrangements if I bought a car. There are visitor car parks underneath as well. I have nice furniture (the furniture in the photos is display furniture, but mine is pretty nice), a big TV and Netflix for those rainy Melbourne weekends. As for furniture in your room, I'm flexible. The room can be furnished if you need it, but the rent will be a little bit higher than $275/week. There's a bathroom just for you, right outside your bedroom. Bills are half of the electricity, water, gas and internet. I don't know how much the bills will be as I haven't lived there yet. The flat itself is great- rooms are a good size and we have an adorable little balcony. There a split system aircon in the living room but not in the bedrooms. Bathroom is shared but has a tub which is nice. Each room has really big windows so those are nice for some sunlight and to get a breeze in the room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and oven and we have laundry on our floor so no need to haul your dirty clothes to a laundromat! Rent is $804 per month and bond is $782, this is a lease transfer so there'll be a small transfer fee but the lease lasts until Aug so would be best if you could stay on until then. We're about 15 min walk from Toorak station but we're right on Trams 5 & 64 so I mainly use those but we do have a car park so that's all yours if you want!

This is a really nice apartment, spacious, lots of light, big rooms, and located in a quite leafy area. The deck and most of the windows look out over the surrounding roofs with lots of trees visible (see panorama shot from the small deck) Aircon in the living area. Lots of shops, and public transport near by, the location is very convenient. Two undercover car spots and room for a third parked behind (but would have to move for the others to get out). The available room shares the bathroom with me and the room has no built ins (but there is a cupboard in the hall you're welcome to claim for yourself). The shared bathroom has two separate sink/mirror/cupboard stations, so you can have your own bathroom space for those sorts of things. Also has a bath and shower. You would be sharing with me, a PhD student at Monash, and another guy, a store manager, who will be moving into the master bedroom in a couple of weeks.
