Hi We are looking for a new housemate to share this three bedroom home. It is a furnished, two story townhouse. There is one bathroom, which contains a shower, toilet and spa bath upstairs, and there is another toilet down stairs. The house has two small court yards, in the front and back of the place. Balaclava station is a short walk away and there are trams all over the place. The available bedroom is large and contains a bed and a desk. It has a wardrobe and there is plenty of storage room. We are looking for professionals, preferably in their mid-twenty's to mid-thirty's to share the house with. People who are reasonably quiet during the week and wont bring the whole party back to the house on weekends. we like to have fun but this isn't a party house.
