The room is medium-small and has beautiful afternoon sun, a small wardrobe and enough space for a desk, bed, everything you'll need. The flat is on the 2nd floor, and is cosy, bright, and comfortable with an open lounge/kitchen layout, modern kitchen and bathroom, polished concrete floors, and the neighbours are lovely and respectful. There is also undercover parking if you need. The flat is in a quiet street, only 10 mins walk to Armadale and Malvern stations, the number 5 and 64 trams stop at either end of the street. It's also just around the corner from a Woolworths and Glenferrie Rd shops. Your room will be unfurnished but I have pretty much everything we need for the communal areas (plus room for any of your things). There is also a heat pump, but the flat doesn't get too cold in winter so I rarely use it, and has good air flow in summer.
