It's in a very spacious and bright 2 BR Art Deco apartment in a very quiet street in St Kilda East, located on the top floor (1st) with lots of natural light. It has a big lounge with a gas heater and a bay view window, big well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, laundry with bath tub and washing machine, a small balcony at the entrance and a garden in the front and the back of the house. There is lots of free parking on the street in front of the house and there is public transport just around the corner. Windsor station and Balaclava train station (for trains and trams) are fairly close and there are also trams (no. 5 & 64) on Dandenong Road that are even closer (roughly 7 min walk). I am looking for 1 or 2 persons, easy-going, non-smoker who likes cats and who participates in a weekly cleaning schedule. I prefer to live with a female or a couple and somebody who ideally would like to stay long-term. The rent is $230 per week for 1 person and $270 for 2 persons.
