This apartment is amazing and in a fantastic spot! We are located in Armadale and only 3km from Chapel St if you fancy dinner or a night out with friends. We live 700 meters from Armadale Station which is only a short 10min train ride from the city. We also have off street permit parking across the road. Now for the room.... the room is unfurnished with a walk in robe and your very own ensuite bathroom. You also have a balcony view looking onto High St. Now that you know about the room, lets talk about the rest of the house! We have our own washing machine and dryer for your laundry needs. We have a kitchen with all supplies including a fridge and a dishwasher however we are always up for adding more! We have an enormous living room with couches and a TV. Absolutely fantastic victorian house on a quiet, tree lined street in one of the best parts of Prahran. The house is very homely and has a nice little backyard and everything you could need to be comfortable. The room itself is huge, with enough space for a bed, and plenty of spots to store things. Even has a fireplace if the room! The house has central heating for those cold winter nights and never gets to hot in the summer so you will always be comfortable. On-street parking helps too and you can park as long as you like.

The room is available for the 4 months that I am away in Europe. The room will be fully furnished and bills included in the rent. My room has a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The apartment is the top level of a beautiful 2-storey art deco unit. The house itself is bright and sunny with renovated bathroom and kitchen and polished-wood floors. As for location, we're a 5 min walk from Chapel St and everything that that has to offer -- close to awesome bars, cafes, clubs, supermarkets are easy walking distance and there is more public transport than you can poke a stick at (Three tram routes and a train station ~10min walk) The house is pretty easy to keep clean because the kitchen and bathroom are tiled and the rest of the house is floorboards. The house is also pretty easy to heat because the rooms are very contained and there is a built in gas heater. The house has really nice outdoor areas also -- a little balcony out the front and a shared backyard with our downstairs neighbours.
