The house is an old renovated detached Edwardian in the backstreets of Prahran. She has two huge living spaces with heaps of windows opening out onto a large courtyard and garden. With a few nice parks very close by. It’s a 10 minute walk to Chapel Street, or a 2 minute walk to multiple tram stops, and the Mount Erica pub and surrounding restaurants. Public transport is great, being between the number 6, 72 or 78, and a 10 minute walk to either Windsor or Toorak stations. The whole street has free. Parking availability isn’t too bad, so depending on what time you get home, you usually won’t have to walk too far. Furniture wise, the house has pretty much everything it needs. I collect art deco, French poster art and nice furniture. Having said that, I'm completely open to changing things up if you've got stuff. The bedroom is empty. Rent is $350 per week. The room is a good size and is pretty and functional. It has built in ceiling height built-in wardrobes, a mirror and a ornamental fireplace. There is ducted heating and air conditioning throughout the house. I have everything from washer, drier, couches, microwave etc. I have just started collecting pot plants throughout the house.
