This is a great flat in an art-deco building on a quiet street in East St Kilda. As it's an older building it's much bigger than most of the newer apartments in the area. The location is fantastic. Only a few minutes walk to the 5/64 tram lines there are frequent trams straight to the heart of the city, and only a few stops to get to the iconic Chapel St. In addition, we have a set of shops just at the end of the road, including a mini Woolworth's, bottle shop, chemist, and take away.
