Bedroom: There is a downstairs bedroom available. It has lots of sunlight and a built in desk and drawers. Furnishings are flexible - bed and bedside table available if needed. There is one bathroom, which contains a shower, toilet and spa bath upstairs, and there is another toilet down stairs. The house has two small court yards, in the front and back of the place. Balaclava station is a short walk away and there are trams all over the place. The available bedroom is large and contains a double wardrobe and there is plenty of space.
