About the property
Hi there,
We're looking for a flatmate to share our 2 bedroom apartment with.
We are both working professionals in their late-20s with 2 chonky cats. They are pretty easy going and love cuddles (if that's something you'd be keen on).
The apartment is located a 2 minute walk from Armadale station (and takes to straight to Flinders Street in 10 mins), and also has plenty of off-street parking. We are also a 15 minute walk to Glenferrie Road shopping strip.
The rent would include all bills (including internet). The room is currently unfurnished but we'd be open to buying a bed, side tables etc. for someone who doesn't have furniture.
We aren't in too much of a rush to find someone, what's most important is to find the right fit.
All documents/agreements will be handled via RentBetter including rental agreement and bond payment so it's all official.
