Really nice home. It has the kitchen, dining, lounge, powder room, laundry and little outdoor area on the lower level. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and study nook. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom so your bedroom only shares the main bathroom with one girl (and the toilet is separate to the bathroom). Your room would have a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan as well as zoned ducted air-conditioning throughout the home. Your room will be unfurnished but the rest of the house is completely furnished. We are in a friendly complex of only 8 townhouses. Parking is on the street, but there is always somewhere to park. Bond is $867. Bills are paid separately and split three ways. Internet is $21/month each. Water is usually about $47/quarter each. Electricity usually varies between about $90/quarter each and $170/quarter each depending on the season. You would need to sign our new 12 month lease commencing 5 November but if you want to move out before the lease ends, you would just need to find a suitable housemate to replace you.

The apartment is a huge 2 bed, 2 bath in the Capri building in Newstead. The building has a large pool and also a gym. And it is about a 10min bus ride for me into the CBD each day for work.
