The location is great. Racecourse road is just around the corner. There’s also a train station right next door which makes it easy getting into the city. There are balconies both sides of the apartment with palms outside, so it’s a very tropical feel. You’ll have your own built in wardrobe and balcony. There’s a security door downstairs and the bedroom door locks too. Downstairs is a washing line if you prefer not to use a clothes horse (first floor apartment). Internet is half of $59.90 per month if you want it. Gas and electricity is half of approximately $400 every 3 months. It doesn’t include a designated car park but the visitor parks are always free.
Nice breezey unit in a small quiet block of units located near doomben station in ascot. Bus stop is just outside the complex on the street, and about a 30 minute ride into Queen Street. Also a short 5 minute walk to Doomben station. The room itself is furnished with a king single bed, a desk and a built in wardrobe.

Modern living in a luxury apartment with ducted air con. I've just moved into this place and already love it. The flat is modern, not huge, but not small. It's the complex and location that's amazing. The complex has a pool, spa and bbq area in the middle courtyard that I can look down onto from the balcony and both rooms. The Portside Wharf complex it is on has an Anytime Fitness, coffee shop, woolworths, bars and cafes. Another complex across the road has different shops, cafes, bars and another gym. Across Kingsford Smith Drive you have the Hamilton Hotel venue and racecourse road full of cool spots to eat and drink. The other direction a short stroll to the water, you have the city cat ferry terminal. Down the road is Eatstreet Markets which is amazing. Once on Kingsford Smith Drive you have easy access for the Gateway motorway and 10 mins from the airport. Perfect for pilot, air hostesses and a FIFO worker too. Also, you hit no tolls going north. The place has one parking which I need for work, so it would suit a public transport commuter more or someone without a car. There is parking about but its limited, people do advertise spaces downstairs for $50 a week. The bathroom you share with me. I'm clean and have been on nights for the last year or so, so you will have the place to yourself 5/6pm to 5/6am. Small dogs welcome on application.
