About the flatmates
Currently searching for a flatmate to take over my lease as I’m moving in with my partner. You will be joining two awesome girls I’ve loved living with over the last 2 years!
One is a 26 year old full time real estate recruitment agent who has a little baby cavoodle named Bean. The other is a 23 year old full time lawyer. Both girls are awesome and I would be staying if not moving with my partner. They are both quiet, clean and respectful but are both down for an after work gossip or some reality TV during the week and are also sociable in the weekends. It’s been an awesome house to live in.
The actual space itself is good. Very new with excellent finishes throughout. The room is the third bedroom which is located on the top floor and the bathroom on the middle floor is yours as there is 3 bathrooms throughout. Both girls currently use the parking spots so I have been using street parking but this is fairly reflected in the price with myself paying slightly less in rent per week. Room is air-conned for summer and has heaps of cupboard space aswell as enough room for queen bed + extra drawer space if desired.
Rent is currently $270 a week (paid fortnightly so $540 a fortnight). The lease is renewed on March 23rd and will increase to $285 a week ($570 a fortnight)
