This is a spacious townhouse close to Racecourse Road and Portside Wharf. It has a dual garage and ample space for three people. Parking a car in the garage would be an extra $50 per month although there is plenty of on street parking too. My current two flatmates (a couple) have just moved back to the UK and I am looking to find some new flatmates. It's not a party house although I like to socialise with my flatmates when at home. It is approximately a 100m walk to Bretts Wharf ferry terminal or a bus stop to access the city (around a 15-20min journey). The house is on a quiet side street off Kingsford Smith Drive with ducted air conditioning throughout and NBN internet. Bills work at around $120 per person per month or roughly $30 per person per week assuming three people are living at the house with an additional $35 per person per fortnight for the cleaner.
