About the flatmates
I am looking for someone to take over my lease, as I’m planning to move to a new place as soon as possible. The room will be available from next week.
You will be sharing the apartment with one flatmate, Tiger. He makes video games and works casually at Coles. He is very quiet, spends most of his time at home, and rarely uses the kitchen or common areas, so you’ll have plenty of privacy.
You will have your own private room, and the bathroom is shared. My bed can be included if you’d like it for an extra $50, or you’re welcome to bring your own. The room also includes a side table suitable for a TV or personal items, plus a wardrobe with large mirrors.
The apartment has a garage, which is currently used for storage. Street parking is available, or you can negotiate with my flatmate if you’d like to clear the garage and use it.
The place is pet-friendly, and pets are welcome.
