Fantastic large house with massive back yard (685 sq meters)! I'm living with my aunt in this house now but will be taking her lease over once she moves out at the end of May. A friend and I will be in need of a 3rd person to share this house with! 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The bedrooms and quite variable in size and negotiable as we haven't decided which we want either. The 2 smaller rooms have built in robes and the master has a large added robe that is staying. This house is part of a duplex in Glen Iris and is an older style house that has a lot of character, unlike the neighbours next door. There is the main bedroom (up for rent), my bedroom (that was the dining room), lounge, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and toilet. We also have a smaller bedroom that has been converted into a walk in closet cause having a walk in closet generally means guests think you have money. There are floorboards throughout, which makes cleaning up spilt red wine a hell of a lot easier, and there's a gas heater in the lounge that tends to heat, well, the lounge. Out the back is a yard, hence the term BackYard, along with a garage that is used for everything but car storage. There is a small amount of gym equipment there that has been gathering more dust than reps as of late. Your room is the main room at the front of the house. Sun filled in the morning and probably the brightest room in the house. There are no Built-ins in any rooms of the house hence the need for the glamourous walk in closet. The lounge is a good size for 2 people with Netflix and a PS4 for those binge watching / game playing days. You'll also be sharing the house with a 7 year old dog so you must love animals, cause he sure as hell will love you. He's a boxer, very well behaved, gets very excited very easily so will probably jump on you when you get home, which I'm also happy to do too if you really want a welcome home to remember. There's no room for a 2nd dog, unless you're looking after someone elses for a few days / weeks, then it might be ok.
