Other than the available room, the unit is fully furnished and the layout is like a house in that the kitchen, laundry, bathroom, shower, and.toilet are all separate. The front garden is cared for by the body corporate, the small back garden has flowering plants, vegies, and herbs all in pots and planter boxes. At home my meals are vegan and mostly organic.
Hi guys, we are looking for a housemate to share our very spacious and clean 3 bedroom house located in Burwood. Deakin university is walking distance (5 mins approx.) with 24hrs supermarkets only 10mins drive. Burwood is approx 25mins from the city with excess to trams. we are two brothers full time working and own the house. we like to maintain cleanliness and privacy and expect the same from our new housemate. We also have a small dog. The rent includes unlimited high speed internet excess but extra $20 per week for all the utilities including gas, water and electricity.
