You will most certainly need a sense of humour, an open mind and a flexible attitude to house issues. My housemates and I are currently looking for a 4th person to complete the house. We'll be getting you on the lease, which is a month-to-month contract and has a small fee involved ($50 FYI), but that can be sorted later - will also need to have your name added to the bills, just so that we all get an email, not just one member. We are all super laid back and easy to get along with. Rent is $420/month, paid on the 3rd and must be ready on time every month. Bills arrive quarterly and are split evenly unless there is some extreme circumstance. Internet bill is around $35/month and is very fast. The inspections are not regular, but we try to keep the place in a clean condition, as we have a lot of friends who come around and enjoy a nice looking house :) There is usually an inspection once every 6 months. The room you will be moving into is one of the smaller rooms (but not by much). Comfortably fits a queen sized bed and furnishings.
