You'll have your own unfurnished room (facing the backyard), while other rooms will be furnished with my own furniture which I have moved from my previous place. There is a parking spot available for you as well. The entire unit is carpeted, except for the kitchen and bathroom. There is a heater in the living room as well. You will need to co-sign the lease as it is a requirement by the real estate agent.
