About the property
House is 5min walk to Ashburton train station with supermarkets, cafes, parks and gyms all close by. It’s spacious and light-filled. We’ve got a big backyard, sunroom, laundry room, dining room, two toilets, one shower, loads of cupboards and a shed for storage. Each of us has two rooms that can be closed off from the rest of the house, so everyone has plenty of space to themselves. 15min drive to Monash Clayton, or 8min to Deakin Burwood if you’re studying.

About the flatmates
We’re looking for a new housemate for our home in Ashburton! Rent is $230pw ($920 pcm) and paid on the first of each month. Bills are cheap, about $50 per month.
No set move-in date, would love to get someone in ASAP. Preferrably, looking to get someone to join lease which expires at the end of Sept.
Rooms:
You’ll have two rooms to yourself, one of which can be used as an office if you work from home. These rooms can be closed off to the rest of the house for privacy, a bit like a mini apartment. Both rooms have full wall wardrobes, so there's loads of storage available. Natural lighting is also great. Carpet has been recently cleaned.

About us:
James and Daniel are both chill and sociable guys in their mid-twenties who enjoy a chat. We’re often out doing our own thing on weekends, but enjoy a beer together very now and then. James is an engineer, plays golf and likes video games. Daniel is a student from Vietnam who studies business, works at a cafe and loves to cook.
About you:
Easy-going and friendly person who is clean and respectful of others’ space. Ideally, in your twenties and working regularly. House proud and keen to contribute to making this place feel like their home too. Diligent with paying bills and rent.
