The unit is also fully furnished, modern kitchen, washer and dryer and you get your own fridge! Also a very large outdoor balcony overlooking the gardens. We enjoy a weekend bbq with some drinks. We have 2 pools and 1 tennis court in the complex with plenty of garden space. 10 min walk to the city and 5 min walk to dinah beach marina and a 7 min walk to the water front.
