About the flatmates
I’m looking for someone to take over my room on the lease in a shared house.
You’ll be living with a 27-year-old man and his dog. The dog is very friendly with women but not comfortable around men, so this arrangement would be best suited to a female tenant.
The lease runs until June 2026 and is renewable.
The room comes furnished with a queen bed and includes a wardrobe.
The house is conveniently located very close to Oasis Shopping Centre (Coles, butcher, and other shops). Woolworths is also nearby, and there is a bus stop directly in front of the house.
