Four premium, studio style rooms now available in a newly completed, coliving home in the desirable suburb of Zuccoli, with its quiet streets, walking/biking tracks and proximity to parks, shops and hospital.

Room rates are ALL INCLUSIVE of water, electricity, high speed internet (wifi), a regular cleaner for shared spaces and a gardener.

The house and bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped with new furniture, kitchen appliances and equipment. There are four studio style bedrooms, each with their own ensuite and kitchenette with sink, bar fridge and microwave oven, a QS or KS bed and bedside tables and plenty of cupboard space. Each bedroom has its own access code for privacy and extra security

Hallways are wide and kitchen and lounge areas are spacious so you don’t feel cramped and a rear patio and yard is available for relaxation and entertaining.

The kitchen is large with a dishwasher, extra pantry space and lots of cupboard space.
