The house itself has an open living area with a brand new split system aircon. The kitchen was recently fully renovated so its amazing for those that love to cook. House comes with appliances like the dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, and microwave. The bathroom includes both a large spa bath and shower. The house is fully furbished, as well as one of the rooms. The rooms up for rent are both quite spacious with a large window that overlooks the backyard. It also has really good blinds that can block out a lot of light if need be. It has a large backyard with a covered seated area for those nice summer nights and a large shed for storage. I own this apartment and am looking to rent out both rooms. One room is a queen sized room ($150 per week) and the other is a single/double sized ($120 per week). Both rooms come with their own bathrooms and a built in wardrobe. The bathroom has its own shower and toilet and cupboards. The flat is at the end of a quiet colder sac. It's really close to Warwick train station, Warwick or Mirrabooka shops, Reid Highway and the Mitchell Freeway. It only takes me 15 minutes to drive into Perth or 30 minutes by train. It's a really safe flat as well. I am on the higher level and I am protected by an automatic gate.
