About the House:
- you will be sharing the whole house with only myself and my dog, Baxter, he's very friendly and loves to cuddle.
- The property itself is the largest in a strata complex of 4. It is at the front of the block and boasts a sunny little enclosed garden facing westwards towards the sunset.
- Located centrally, 25 minutes’ drive/bus to the city, 10 mins to the beach, 3 mins to Coles and other shops and 5 min walk to frequent public transport.
- The room itself can has a double bed, drawers and bedside table. Features built in wardrobe.
- There is a private driveway to the property and a large grassy area for parking.

About Myself:
- I'm Mariesha, a 41-year-old Government office worker, working Monday to Friday. I'm a sociable, active and loves spending time outside with my 5 year old Cavoodle Baxter.
- During the week, you will usually find me in the garden, walking the dog or at dance/sports.
- On weekends, I like being outdoors. Whether it's hiking, catching up with friends, or just soaking up the sun. I'm always up for an adventure or trying something new in the great outdoors. Also, don't mind having a house day- cleaning, gardening, cooking, plebbing out on the couch or having a craft session.
- I have always lived with someone up until 2 years ago, I understand the importance of respecting shared spaces and other peoples boundaries.
- You would only be sharing with myself and my dog and have the occasional visit from my neighbour and her dog (2 year old Kelpie).
About You:
- I'm seeking a housemate who is friendly and trustworthy, enjoys being social, has their own individual commitments and who would like the occasional shared adventure or experience.
- Ideally would suit FIFO or night shift worker but I’m happy to consider most people. Must work full time
- Pets are welcome in reason, not suited to large dogs as the doggie door is small/medium. Baxter the dog has previously lived with cats and is usually placid around other types of animals.
