Big, clean and quiet house.
Bathroom shared with 2 other people.
Every week, you'll pay $10 (along with your rent), so Total ( 280+10 =290 $)
$500 security deposit to be paid upon delivery of the
Payment in advance, every two weeks.
Two weeks' notice is required for both parties.
No pets, no smoking, and no couples, thank you.
Cleaning shifts once a week.(in rotation)
You must stay at least 3 months, otherwise the entire Bond ($500) will be retained.
Parking space, while the garage has space for a bicycle or motorcycle.
