We have never had an issue in the 3 years we’ve been here. The house is close (within 300m) of public transport (including the 48 Tram) and plenty of other amenities within walking and driving distance (including a Coles, Woolworths and IGA). There’s lots of lovely cafes around the area (even in walking distance) if brunch is your thing and a few good gyms if that’s a deal breaker. Luckily we have all furniture/white goods we need! You will only need to bring what you need in your room. This means we can’t really have much additional furniture in the house and there is no storage space large enough for any big items. However, our front room is a little empty and could benefit from a storage unit/seating if you’ve got it!
