The house is cozy and QUITE, there is a front garden facing the street and a cute veranda at the back. Kitchen has all the essentials from a dishwasher to cutlery. You will have your own fridge next to the kitchen, in the laundry room. The house has duct heating and now a new air conditioning system. The house is located two blocks away from Macedon Square, with plenty of local stores, coffee shops and two main supermarkets. I could walk, but more I often enjoy cycling to get the goods or services I need from there. At the same walking distance, there are various BUS routes available to the CBD. We keep the house communal areas such as the bath room, kitchen, leaving and dining rooms areas as tidy as possible, that way your flat mates can make use of them without relocating other people’s belongings or clean someone’s mess. Do as you please in your room, HOWEVER will be preferable that the ROOM is kept clean. For that reason is expected that our new flat mate ENJOYS being clean & neat. Cleaning duties are to be action with your own initiative at the time allocate it. It is also expected to pay bills in time and without a need to be remind about it.
