We have 1 room for rent in Balwyn North. The bedroom has an en-suite. The house is mostly furnished, not including your room. We have a double garage with couch, TV, gym set and plenty of room for storage. The backyard is large with many trees and hammock set up. There are 2 living areas including a front lounge and sun-room at the back of the house with large couches and TV. The sun-room has aircon and the house has ducted heating. Bills are cheap and will be split 3 ways, Bond is $650 and rent for the room is $700 per month (about $170 per week). Internet is basically unlimited and $17 each per week. Location is great!! The house is a 15 minute drive to CBD, 10 minutes to Brunswick and 5 minutes to Camberwell/Hawthorn. Bus 402 and 404 leaves outside our house which goes to the city and all night weekend trams are 10 minute walk from the house. The area has heaps of large parks and ovals nearby with great bike paths and close access to the Eastern Freeway. IGA, cafe's and restaurants are 2 minute walk and Coles is close by too.
