The house is also a few doors down from the belmore shopping strip which features coles, restaurants, cafes and the like. The house also offers a nice view out to the dandenongs. There is also enough room on the property for 3 cars and plenty of parking on street. I am looking for two housemates that are independent, keep shared spaces clean at all times (especially bathroom and kitchen). It is also important that you are conservative with energy/water consumption as I wish to avoid excessive bills. There is ducted heating in this house but I like to avoid it as much as possible, given it is a large house. I walk, but more often I cycle to get the goods or services I need from there. At the same distance, various BUS routes are available. We keep the house communal areas such as the bath room, kitchen, leaving and dining rooms areas as tidy as possible, that way your flat mates can make use of them without relocating other people’s belongings or clean someone’s mess. Do as you please in your room, however will be preferable that this is kept clean. For that reason is expected that our new flat mate likes to be clean & organised.
