We are a family of four with a mix of Asian and Australian backgrounds. We have two children and lead a busy lifestyle, balancing work and making time for entertainment whenever possible.

We are respectful, reliable, and honest, and we are looking to share a beautiful upstairs room in our home with like-minded flatmates who value respect and reliability. We have a strict no smoking and no drugs policy on our property.

We are seeking someone who is working or studying full-time, has a mixed schedule, or is travelling. If you are a student and would appreciate home-cooked meals, I am more than happy to help — just reach out and we can work something out.

The upstairs area is entirely yours and includes a master bedroom with a private bathroom and your own kitchenette (no hot plate). You are welcome to use the downstairs kitchen to cook your favourite meals, as we mainly occupy the downstairs area. New carpet was installed earlier this month, giving the space a fresh feel and contributing to a healthier living environment.

The room rate is for single occupancy only. For couples, there is an additional $10 per night to help cover extra bills. All utilities are included in the rent, within reasonable usage.

The house is very well connected to public transport. Bus routes 200 and 207 are a 3-minute walk away on Bulleen Road, and routes 200 and 907 are within a 5-minute walk. These buses provide direct access to the CBD in approximately 30 minutes. Tram route 48 is also available, about a 15-minute walk away, offering a direct service to the CBD.
