This is a beautifully furnished room in the Frankston South area close to Mnt Eliza and the Frankston Hospital. Very quiet cul de sac street so parking is never an issue. The area is very safe the house is brand new and has a north facing garden. It has a lovely veranda that is always sunny.There is evaporative cooling as well as heating. I'd prefer someone that is single and will not have anyone sleeping over. I have two small dogs so don't mind a small dog. No cats. The guest bathroom has an inbuilt laundry so that is the only time I will use it. The guest bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The room has a Tv and Netflix and plenty of cupboard space.
