About the property
Our home is a two story unit. The three bedrooms are upstairs along with the ensuite in one of the rooms and the shared bathroom that myself (Indy) and whoever moves in will share. There is also another downstairs toilet/powder room.
We have a cute little lounge where Kon and I like to get together and watch our show. We have two small outside areas, one is connected to the laundry room and was previously used solely for the cats that lived here so we are in the process of fixing it up. The other is connected to the dining room where we’ve got a barbecue and outdoor seating.
All appliances in the house are shared and bills are split evenly when they come through. Rent is paid monthly and the room for rent is $782 a month + bills
This is a girl house however you are welcome to have friends etc. over whenever you like, just try to give a heads up :)
We have a two car garage that Kon and I use the units have visitor parking space and there is also street parking available.
There is a possibility of my family dog moving in with us (he’s a staffy and super friendly) so we ask that no new pets are brought in.

Kon - I’m a social work student working part-time, easygoing and friendly. Big fan of the beach, good books, and cooking (always down for shared meals). I love a home that’s social but chill. Looking for someone respectful, fun, and keen to make the place feel like home.
Indy - I’m an Early childhood education student working full time. I love some good music, reading, watching movies and a good chat. I love having a social home but I also enjoy having my own space and down time :)
