Looking for a housemate aged between 20-35 in a share house in Langwarrin. The property is located near Gateway Shopping Centre, McClelland Drive, Karingal Hub and the Mornington Peninsula Fwy. Walking distance to shops, post office and 24hr gym. The room is 3.0m by 3.5m. The room can comfortably fit a double bed, bed side tables and a dresser/bookshelf The house is furnished (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kitchen utensils, TV and couches), with some furniture to be replaced gradually as previous housemate move their things in April. There is air conditioning and ducted heating, unlimited internet and netflix. The house has a single garage which currently has stuff in it but will be cleared in April, there is also additional room to park at the front of the unit. The outdoor area out the back is private and not open to the street and a perfect spot for afternoon drinks in the sun. We do our own food shopping (inc toilet paper, toiletries and washing powder), cooking and laundry. There is a bus stop for the 711 bus which goes to Karingal Hub and Frankston only a five minute walk away. Preference to a flat mate working full time or an international student.

This is a great, tidy 2 bedroom unit that's really well presented. The landlord has really made an effort to make it comfortable. It's part of a nice quiet group of units and has easy access to major arterial roads as well as local shops and parklands in Langwarrin. The room on offer is the master bedroom. It is a very comfortable 4x3m space with a generous built in wardrobe (definitely larger than standard). This room has privacy blinds (as well as drapes), fan and direct access to the semi ensuite bathroom. The property is essentially fully furnished except for your room. The bathroom is shared with a separate toilet. I'd be happy to share cooking duties (or not) depending on your preference. No pets (sorry!)
