About me: I'm Rhys a carpenter working in the bayside area, up early most weekdays for work so looking for easygoing flatmates who respect a quiet vibe.

Ideal flatmate:Tradespeople, uni students or young professionals in Frankston/surrounds. someone whose clean, tidy and easy to get along with, respectful of space & early bedtimes.

I train brazilian jiu jitsu and dance salsa during the week... that combined with work you probably won't see me too much haha

$275 p/week includes all bills including internet.

there is one off street parking space and then there's also plenty of onstreet parking.
