There is one bedroom available, 1 of only 3 bedrooms, so flatmates maximum. The successful flatmate would have a bedroom with an attached bathroom (direct bathroom access) walk in robe, ceiling fan, new roller blinds (light filtering and blockout); ducted heating. Brand new carpet, less than 6 months old. You would be sharing the attached bathroom with one other flatmate only.

The bills are shared so will be very inexpensive.

Being a 6 star energy rated house, bills should be at a minimum as the house is warmer in winter and cooler in summer. When toilets are flushed, the water used comes from the rain water tank, saving on water bills. All windows are double glazed also.

Am looking for an individual who has a steady income, is neat and tidy, reliable, preferably 30’s-40’s but not essential. Genuine nice, friendly people only please!
