I'm looking for a couple of tidy and easy going people or couples (with a slight increase in rent price) to share my house in Alexandria. I've lived around here for about 10 years and as you'd expect from that the house is well sorted and has all the normal furnishings you'd expect, including built in fans for summer. Its a nice quiet neighborhood and the house is a couple of streets away from any traffic, so nice and quiet all day and night, and has a nice big courtyard and garden out the back, an outdoor setting and BBQ, and also has a little balcony/courtyard out the front, as well as plenty of on-street parking available and plenty of storage under the garage for surfboards, kayaks, etc that don't fit inside. There are two rooms available. The first is a very large room (4.5 x 3.5m) on the second level with a private balcony, and can come furnished with a queen bed suite if required. It has built-ins, shares a bathroom with spa with the upstairs third bedroom. The second available room is a huge (4.5 x 6m) private loft style room on the third level, and a shares the bathroom with the bedroom on the second level. This room is really good if someone wants their own little studio area as its big enough to be set up with a desk, king bed, couches, coffee table and can TV cabinet, etc. This room can also come furnished (bed, bedside tables, dresser and wardrobe) if required. Both are available furnished for a small increase in rent price, so either are perfect for someone who just had a backpack or a bedroom to move, though if you have your own furniture to bring then the included furniture can go into storage. Bills can also be added in the weekly rent if required as well if you don't want to pay quarterly bills. The locations is perfect for someone wanting to be close to the city and the major bus links to the city, Randwick, Bondi Junction and Newtown are about 2 minutes walk and the train is about 10 minutes walk so you can be in the city in 25 minutes.

Hello! Our townhouse is awesome! It's about 3 years old and seems brand new! It's a short (10 min) walk to Green Square station and an even shorter walk (under 3 mins) to Botany road, where the buses are. We are within walking distance to The Grounds of Alexandria and Cooh, as well as Saporium, Three Blue Ducks/Koskela, Gelato Messina, etc... It's an ideal location! An 8 minute drive to the airport and about 10-15 minute drive from the CBD. ONE ROOM available TODAY This room is located in the seperate dwelling above the garage. It has a generously sized ensuite and the walk to main house, where the kitchen, laundry, living and dining room is, is only about 10 steps away! There is rear lane access for the garage, which you may use to access your room. The room is spacious, carpeted and has built in wardrobe space. I don't have any pictures of it on this listing, however it is in the same style as the rest of the house. It comfortably fits a queen bed and some bedroom furniture. There is an internal laundry downstairs, with a wash sink, a washing machine and a dryer. A courtyard/backyard area. A large kitchen, separate living area and dining area. 1 half bathroom. The rent per week covers all utilities and also internet. If you're interested in housing your car or equipment in a garage, we have one that you can rent for an additional cost per week, otherwise there is on-street, untimed parking on our street and the streets surrounding our place. All rooms come unfurnished. This house is a NON-SMOKING zone and unfortunately at this stage we are unable to have fur-pets. We currently have a cleaning arrangement where we each pay $20/$25 per month to have a cleaner come in a clean the (large) common areas downstairs. You can pay a little extra (usually $10-$15) to have your bathroom or your bedroom cleaned. There are 4 other housemates currently living in the house. There is plenty of room for everyone and we hardly see each other due to the variety of schedules everyone has. It's a tidy house and everyone is really respectful. However, the nature of everyones lifestyle between study, work, extra curricular activities, travel and shift work means that you don't often get a chance to share the space with others! My idea flat mate loves cats, and has a full and busy life. The complex is close to green square train station, Archie and Rose distillery, Black Star Patisserie and has a 25 meter out door lap pool. There are very few kids here and a lot of people have pets. I recently moved in and am just finishing a minor renovation, with new floors, light fixtures and curtains going in. The kitchen living area is open plan with a medium sized balcony over looking a shared garden and pool area. Despite being right on Botany Road, and a 7 minute walk to Green Square, it’s very quiet and safe as the complex has multiple security entrances.
