Hello! Our townhouse is awesome! It's about 3 years old and seems brand new! It's a short (10 min) walk to Green Square station and an even shorter walk (under 3 mins) to Botany road, where the buses are. We are within walking distance to The Grounds of Alexandria and Cooh, as well as Saporium, Three Blue Ducks/Koskela, Gelato Messina, etc... It's an ideal location! An 8 minute drive to the airport and about 10-15 minute drive from the CBD. ONE ROOM Available from MON 26 MARCH - $350/week This room is located on the middle level and shares a bathroom with one other room (the person who you would be sharing the bathroom with is tidy!). The room has built-in cupboards/storage space. The current furniture configuration of the room has a queen size bed, a set of drawers and a tv. (Bathroom is current featured image on ad) There is an internal laundry downstairs, with a wash sink, a washing machine and a dryer. A courtyard/backyard area. A large kitchen, separate living area and dining area. 1 half bathroom (downstairs - presumably for guests). The rent per week covers utilities and also internet. All rooms come unfurnished. This house is a NON-SMOKING zone and unfortunately at this stage we are unable to have fur-pets. We currently have a cleaning arrangement where we each pay $20 per month to have a cleaner come in a clean the (large) common areas downstairs. There are 4 other housemates currently living in the house. There is plenty of room for everyone and we hardly see each other due to the variety of schedules everyone house. Our place is a cosy little loft style flat with all bills and a fortnightly cleaner included in the price (so no fighting over who has to clean the bathroom!). It’s a 10 min walk from green square station with a bus to coogee beach right outside. We have foxtell and wifi, and we have a/c in the living room. This isn’t a party house, it’s a home so it’s really important that we find someone who is clean and respectful of this. The room is fully furnished, and available from 20/4 onwards. At this stage, we would prefer a shorter term tenant (less than 6 months) but this might be negotiable later in the year.
