Hello! our townhouse is awesome! It's about 3 years old and seems brand new! It's a short (10 min) walk to Green Square station and an even shorter walk (under 3 mins) to Botany road, where the buses are. This is a glorious apartment in a great location! The Property Details template above does not allow an accurate description of the Zetland apartment I am renting which is is my home. It is beautifully furnished and very spacious. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms including one bath, plus a media room and a very large, long living and food area. With a balcony the size of a cricket pitch. I am not renting just a room. I would not ask $740 for that. I am not currently living in the apartment.
