Chill, Stylish Room in Rosebery – Long-Term girl Housemate Wanted!

Hi there! I’m looking to sublet a large, bright room in my lovely Rosebery home. The room comes with a bed frame, wardrobe and bedside table (mattress not included) and plenty of space to make it your own.

The house is in an amazing location – 15 minutes by bus to Coogee Beach, 20 minutes to the CBD with the metro, and 10 minutes to the airport by car. We’re close to The Cannery with shops, groceries, restaurants, and a lively, friendly neighbourhood.

The house has a washing machine, dryer, and fridge ready to use. The rest of the home isn’t fully furnished yet, but I’d love to work with my new housemate to make it a comfortable, stylish home together.

Rent is $430 per week plus bills, paid fortnightly. Bond is $860 and will be returned at the end of the tenancy. The house is in great condition and I’ve taken excellent care of it over the past year.

You’ll sometimes meet Emily, my friendly little cat who visits from time to time and loves cuddles. I’m hoping for a female housemate around 28–35 who works full time, is responsible, loves animals, enjoys a bit of social time but also respects personal space.

A bit about me: I’m 31, originally Slovakian but I’ve called Australia home for the past 10 years. I work in software sales, I’m bubbly, active, and love cooking, running, the beach, and animals. I’m clean, chill, and hope to find a housemate who can be a friend as well as someone to share a beautiful home with.
