There's a bus stop right next to the house that goes directly to the deakin university waterfront campus, Geelong station and North geelong station. Its just 10 min walk to the north geelong station. 2 min walk to woolworth , 5 mins to 7 eleven.
Will put up photos soon! House is a two bedroom plus storage type room. We would have a bedroom each and maybe both use storage ? Or one has big bedroom and other has small bedroom and storage. It's on a reasonably quiet street in Norlane ( as far as cities go) Front yard and back yard, no fence at the front so it's useless, but backyard is coming along on it's way to being quite nice, there's a shed and fruit trees and i'm hoping to set up some couches under the verandah! Heating and cooling are pretty woeful, there's a gas heater in the lounge and no cooling. I have found with the blinds down house stays quite cool. I'm personally not too phased by the temperature so it doesn't bother me but if you're used to air con, may not be your cup of tea. The kitchen is quite small, hoping to get a big tall table for extra bench space! Bathroom is recently renovated and is definitely the nicest part of the house. There's unlimited internet. Access to Melbourne is pretty awesome, 1 min off the Princess highway. All in all it's a pretty old crumby house, but it's very cheap, kinda cute and has lots of potential to be a sweet little home!
