Rent includes the room, electricity, water, wireless internet, Netflix/stan, garden bed maintenance (trim/weeding), and a cleaner who comes once per month to clean shared areas of the house. Internet is NBN on the moderate speed (25mb), it does experience some congestion 4-8pm but is fine for netflix streaming etc. We have split system airconditioning in the living room(s) but not currently in the bedrooms. A portable airconditioner is available for the room for $15 per fortnight to cover additional electricity costs. The room: room is a small room with polished floorboards and a large built-in wardrobe. Room can be provided unfurnished or furnished with Queen bed (pictured) or King single (a desk is also available which fits well). Room can also be provided unfurnished. There is no smoking on the property. All housemates tidy after themselves as well as complete 1-2 chores (approx 15-30 min per week, such as taking bins out, mowing, vacuuming).
