About the flatmates
I am a 40 year old professional male, working full-time. I am subleasing one room of a 3 bedroom townhouse (shared bathroom). The other room is for my 17 year old daughter, hence accepting females only.
We would get along with someone who is open to socialising at times but will also respect personal space. The area is very quiet and peaceful, walking distance to Mount Ommaney Centre and the bus stop is nearby - 35-45 mins bus ride to the city.
