You and one other female housemate in two private rooms, clean, separate living area, quiet, fully furnished rooms with all the amenities.
We have had people studying English at ILSC in Brisbane CBD and working in the City and local, usually staying for 3-6 months.
Happy for you to get in contact with the past\current tenants so that you can get more information on your prospective future housemates and get to know us.
The rooms on the ground floor recently renovated, are fully furnished and self-contained with a kitchen and bathroom (shared laundry area).
Rooms have locks, front door digital entry and even a bike you could use.
Fully equipped kitchen - cook top, microwave/grill, kettle, toaster, air fryer, large washing machine and dryer and all the utensils.
