We are located in a very calm and tranquil area of Kenmore. Very often the birds comes to visit us at our front yeard where the trees are. The swiming pool is very velcome at any time and treated once a month from a specialised company. The rooms are next to each other and the bathroom will be shared by 2 people only. This is a great position in the western suburbs of Brisbane at Moggill. it's quiet. It's close to public transport, within walking distance. It's within walking distance of the local shopping centre, post office, tavern and sports club. There is ample parking in the driveway, enough for at least three vehicles, and there is a double lockup garage. Although at the moment I have a full size pool table in there so I usually park in the driveway. There is air con that cools the whole house down very quickly, and there's ceiling fans in every room. You'll have your own toilet and bathroom, and shared laundry and kitchen, which includes a dishwasher. Although most of the time I cook on the bbq out on the back patio, especially in summer when there's always a nice breeze. The yard is a reasonable size and low maintainence. There is foxtel, unlimited download broadband nbn internet and home phone. Everything is included in the rent, ie, electricity, water, foxtel and internet.
