Sunlit, split-level home with generous space, tranquil street, and a friendly, easy-going flatmate in Jindalee. I have two rooms that can either be furnished or unfurnished, however there are inbuilt wardrobes regardless.

TWO SEPARATE ROOMS AVAILABLE: Larger one is $275 per week and available from December 19 (double bed), the other is $250 per week (single bed). Unlimited NBN internet - this is free. For those staying longer than 1 month, bills/utilities are apportioned. For couples, the larger bedroom is on offer for $500 per week.

There is a balcony and ample front and backyard space as well as naturally lit kitchen, living and dining spaces. Ample space downstairs for any belongings that need to be stored securely. 4 minute walk to the local shops on Curragundi Rd and 5 minutes from Mt Ommaney shopping centre. 4 minute walk to Jindalee state school and the closest bus stop. The city can be reached in 30 mins by express bus.

International students and backpackers/working visas are accepted. Most of the week I am at my partners house so you will have plenty of time to yourself.

Double lock-up garage and multipurpose room downstairs should you need to store anything :)
