About the flatmates
I am a 57 year old single lady who currently rents 2 rooms in my home in Oxley to a 28 year old Philippino lady that has resided with us for just on 3 years that works Mon - Friday and some Saturdays . The other lady that lives here is from South Africa,is 34 years old and has been with us for just over 2 years. Our home is very friendly. We occasionally cook together or watch movies on Netflix. Everybody gets on extremely well . All bills are included including Netflix and internet.Your bedroom has a brand new 55 inch tv with Netflix provided incase you feel like private movie time .You do not have any other expenses to pay . I provide EVERYTHING else . Toilet paper,washing powder,dishwashing liquid etc. The only thing you provide is your own food.We have a dryer for everyday use. A dishwasher as well. Rent is paid in advance. No bond is required. If this sounds like our situation would suit you let me know and we can organise for you to inspect the room .
