Large, light filled room with huge wardrobe available in our relaxed sharehouse in Corinda! Your room will be the front room of the house. Included in your share of the house is a carpeted room downstairs to use as storage, study, gaming room... whatever! The room can come with Queen bed, side table and desk if required. The house is a large 3 bedroom 2 bath and fully enclosed underneath so we all have an extra space. There's also a workshop that's not being used. The lounge is oversized with a fireplace and dining is separate - there really is a lot of space and we never feel on top of each other in the house. It's an under 5 minute walk to the station into the city and a 10 minute walk to Coles and woolies, selection of cafes, boutiques, restaurants, op shops and fitness centres! This house is a recently purchased, newly renovated, owner-occupied home, meaning that we take care of it and if something goes wrong, we will be right on it. The house is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, close to parkland, train stations, and Mt Ommaney Shopping Center. It takes 10 minutes to get to the local train station or the shopping center via a bus or bike. There is on-street parking available if you own a car. As a tenant, you would have access to a large furnished bedroom, shared access to the kitchen, laundry and living room, and a bathroom which you share with one other person. The bedroom is fully furnished. It comes with a double bed (sheets can be provided if required), a desk, a bookshelf, and a built-in wardrobe. The kitchen is also furnished, and you can use the utensils in there if required. We do have a second lounge room which is currently unfurnished, so if you have a TV or consoles which you want to set up, you can feel free to put them in there. All housemates are clean and neat, and treat our shared spaces with respect. In regards to house rules, we simply ask that you treat the space and the people within, with the same level of respect with which we treat it ourselves.
