I'm looking for someone to rent the other room in my two bedroom flat in Corinda. The place is located in a block of 6 units and is only a 5 minute walk away from the train station ( 20 minutes to CBD), Coles and many takeaways and restaurants. If you drive, the covered parking space in the garage will be entirely for you, and there is also a lot of storage space there as well. There's a large TV with a Chromecast that can be used as well. While the flat is fully furnished, your room only has a wardrobe in it currently. As the place isn't very large and I already have a cat, unfortunately, only pets in cages or tanks can be accepted. A new shower and sink was installed only a few months ago, with further improvements coming in the future. The tenants in the other units are very nice and helpful as well, and after living here myself for 18 months I enjoy the community atmosphere.
