Welcome to our friendly, modern share house with four fully furnished rooms, just a 10-minute walk to Griffith University (Mt Nathan Campus).

The house is extremely accessible with plenty of parking, a major bus stop 50m away (going between the CBD and Westfield Shopping centre), and easy walking access to shops and campus—ideal for drivers and non-drivers alike.

All rooms come furnished with a queen/double bed, bedding, wardrobe, desk and chair. Most rooms have large built-in wardrobes. The house has two bathrooms and two separate toilets, so no morning queues.

The downstairs room will soon be fully enclosed (8×4m) and includes a private kitchenette and lounge area in addition to the bedroom.

Upstairs comes with a fully equipped kitchen with all cookware and appliances provided. Enjoy covered balconies/deck areas, ducted air-conditioning and heating, and a spacious backyard (no mowing required). All bills are included, including internet.
