Recently new Sharehouse! Our place is less than 15 minutes to the City (by car), 10 minutes from Garden city, 5 minutes from Griffith uni (Nathan) as well as 2 or 3 blocks from public transport. Buses come at least every 15mins near us so it's easy to travel anywhere. We're down the street from the Bowls Club, a takeaway shop, post office, corner store, a cafe and some other stores. We're halfway between First Choice and Aldi, both about a 10min walk or a quick drive. We've got a closed in property (great for pets), a pool, a large backyard, unlimited internet and airconditioning in the loungeroom. We have a complete communal kitchen for everyone to use as they wish, and also offer personal shelving and fridge space for each flatmate. Similarly, the bathroom is shared but everyone has their own drawer to store needed things. Parking is available both on and off the street. The photos are of the communal areas only as it's awkward to take photos of the bedroom cause of where the door is sorry! The bedroom available is a 3m by 3m sized room, that comes with a king single bed, wardrobe, bookshelf and a ceiling fan. We can get rid of any/all furniture if needed. Pretty old but spacious house with a huge yard and patio, great for beer and chills. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, stove, cupboards and other kitchen things. Has a massive loungeroom but currently there's nothing to fill it, so couches would be awesome if you have some👌. Heaps of on street parking. The spare room has two windows and isn't furnished we have a blow up mattress if that's a deal breaker. This place is really close to the uni, hospital, ALDI, bottle-o and Garden City shopping centre if that floats your boat.
