About the property
It's a three bedroom house, right near Aldi in Salisbury. The street looks somewhat busy but the house is set off the road with a longer driveway so it's very quiet. There is a really large yard, with multiple garden sheds and a huge undercover outdoor area.
I have the essentials, but coming from a share place there will be a lot of room if you have extra furniture etc. I also plan on getting a second fridge unless you, my future house homie, already have your own.
I'm only looking at living with one other person at the moment, but willing to discuss down the track to make it cheaper for both of us. (After many many years of sharing with revolving doors of housemates, I am really looking forward to some calm peace and quiet.)
I am moving in on the 28th and will be able to provide more pictures then. The house is currently getting new carpets and being repainted, ready for a new adventure. I'm only approved for one pet so unfortunately I can't accept anymore. (Birds and fish don't count, I don't think so those are fine.)

Hi, I'm Steph. 35 (almost 36, don't remind me). I work full time in the public service and spend my spare time gaming. I have a gentle giant doggo that loves being loved and sleeping.
I am mostly found yapping on discord and playing games when I'm not working but I can/will yap your ear off from time to time. I have a dark, sarcastic sense of humour and I roast the people I love.
I'm not in a rush to find someone to move in, I'm looking for the right person, not the right now person. Ideally someone employed, a bit of a nerd like me. Someone who balances out my absolute cowardice when it comes to spiders and will run towards my panic screams and kill it for me.
