About the flatmates
My partner is a semi-retired construction worker. I work full time. This is our home. Brand new build in a great location. We have a small dog.
We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respectful of others, easy going.
You would have the bottom floor of the home. Your own dining/lounge room. Kitchenette. Outdoor patio overlooking the inground pool.
My partner and I only use 1 room on the bottom floor, being the study. We have our bedroom on the top floor and our living and dining and kitchen is on the 2nd floor.
