There is only one other female Student to share with in this upper apartment of this gorgeous house, surrounded by gardens and birdlife in a leafy neighbourhood . Back Deck looks out over a Japanese inspired garden. This is a happy place, we have lots of great referrals from past tenants.

You will be safe and secure as each Room is individually keyed with private attached Ensuite Bathroom. Double bed, Study desk and TV monitor and plenty of wardrobe space.
The common areas are Living Room/Kitchen/Laundry + Back Terrace. Kitchen has stone tops + Smeg appliances. If you want to cook at home all Pans, Plates + Cutlery are provided. Water is filtered.
No charge Washing Machine + Clothes line + Ironing Board supplied.

2 min walk to Bus stop in next street, a quick 15 mins journey right into the centre of University of Qld. Our tenants say it is quicker to get to the University Central Bus terminal than from St Lucia, and a lot easier if carrying heavy reference books, etc.
Both the Railway Station + "Indooroopilly Shopping Centre' with Food Court, is just 10 mins walk away.

Quiet house for study, sorry no parties. this is very private accomodation. Looking for a tenant who is clean and tidy, pleasant to interact with.
