Amazing location, close to UQ, Toowong shopping centre/train station and the city perfect for Uni students and professionals due to the amount of transport options Everything is furnished with all the utensils and appliances you'll need, including an air-con in the lounge room (my mum owns the unit and last year renovated the kitchen, bathroom and balcony). There's two undercover and secure garages you can use to store stuff or park your car if you'd like (I'm fine with parking on the street if other roommate wants to park inside. We have a Lovely and refreshing view of the city from the balcony. There's a large pool and BBQ area for hanging out and relaxing. The first room is a single photo, the second is two following eachother. If you'd like a portable aircon, happy to accommodate that.
