Hey there! I will be away on exchange in August until early February next year, so we are looking for an easy-going and friendly new housemate for 6 months to fill my room. The room can be available within a week of notice. This is a great two-story share house, only a 10 minute walk to UQ and the St Lucia Village just down the road. Electricity and internet (1TB Telstra Plan) is split between the 5 housemates and paid separately from rent. There are large, new, block-out curtains that cover the large French doors, to block out the sun, if needed. Otherwise, a great breeze flows through the doors when opened, keeping this room very cool during summer. There is a Border Collie living on this property and another cute dog, and there is a grass backyard, and concrete patio for eating and generally hanging out. There is a washing machine and dryer in the house, and a clothes line outside.
