The duration of the accommodation can be negotiated. The house is really close to the University of Queensland, approximately ten minutes walk. The bus stop is just a few minutes walk that can bring you to town. The room is considered large and furnished with a double bed, study table, lamp, fan. The property is furnished with all appliances including washing machine, fridge, microwave and other kitchen utensils. The rent included all the bills and the internet is unlimited! However, if you really like the place after staying for these few month, a long-term lease is possible too. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. This flat is perfectly located for University of Queensland students. There is a bus stop 30 meters from the door and its only a 10 minute walk to Toowong Village, and a 25 min walk to uni. It is a private and quiet spot with lots of trees to look out on. It also has a private veranda area. The kitchen was recently redone and is very easy to clean and use. The toilet is separate to the bathroom, which has a bath and a shower. It is fully furnished! The landlord has always been quick to address any issues we have encountered, and wifi is included in the rent.

The apartment is on the sixth floor, with spectacular views of the river and city from the balcony. There is also a completely unused sauna (why does this exist in Brisbane? ), the world's worst gym, an awesome pool area with a BBQ, and a grass tennis court. There is one big bedroom with an ensuite, and two normal bedrooms which share a bathroom. We have a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The bills are electricity (usually around $100 each once every three months), gas (usually around $60 each once every three months), and internet (unlimited high speed for $23 each once a month), plus rent of $200 a week. Unfortunately the car parks are taken at the moment, but there is visitor parking. It's a 20 minute easy walk from UQ, and it is literally one minute from Guyatt Park ferry terminal. The view from this flat on the 11th floor is simply amazing. You also get a very nize fresh breeze in spring and summer. The living area has morning sun and the advertised room evening sun. At the moment there's a single bed in the room, but as you can see in the pictures there's also a big king size bed we could bring up from the garage if you prefer that. If you are a UQ student, that's perfect, because it takes only about 20min. walking to uni, or 3min bus drive. The bus stop is right outside the house, the ferry stop about 8min. walking.
