Our house is only a 4 minute walk from the 412 bus stop which will take you straight to UQ or the city, which is ideal for students without a car. We do also have plenty of on street parking if needed.
The room is currently furnished with a bed frame, desk and shelf. It also has a built in wardrobe with a mirror sliding door. You will be sharing the main bathroom with 1 male.
Water is included in rent and we pay electricity and Gas bills quarterly. We pay for unlimited internet monthly which is $31 each.

About the flatmates
Hi everyone, we have a room available for rent on Bellevue terrace St Lucia.
You will be sharing the house with two other people, 1 male and 1 female.
I am currently working full time and on my days off usually visit family or friends so am not home much. David is studying medicine at Uni and also working.
Friends are welcome to visit anytime but we would prefer notice if they will be staying longer. No parties. We are both pretty quiet and respectful roommates and are looking for someone similar.
