I supply the heating for your room as some heaters aren't safe. Please no build up of rubbish, food, containers. Basically rubbish. We have a great large kitchen with Dish washer, fan forced Oven & a middle Island. Attached to the Island is a 2 seater dinning table for casual use. Please no food in bedroom but if so dishes to be removed straight after use. We have a med to small lounge room with desk top. Really comfortable leather lounge. The TV room is not used that much by us most times. The Bathroom is awesome with a Bath/Spa that can fit 3 people also a separate shower. Large mirrors that cover half the walls. We have 1 separate toilet. The lovely Backyard is very large & low maintenance as is the front yard. We do ask as this is not just a House but a Home. Everyone is expected to help out every 2 weeks with a tiny bit of gardening, as said very low maintenance. Also that the kitchen is kept clean & everyone puts in the clean the house. As the main part of the house is tiles so very easy. The bedrooms are carpeted so please vacuum regularly if they get dirty. Just the basic's. Either we all put in for a kitty jar for the basic's eg toilet paper & basic cleaning Products eg dish detergent, spray & wipe. Or we all take turns in buying these cheap basic things. We sometimes do a large shared dinner. If you join us we have the deal who ever cooks doesn't have to clean. This always works out great for everyone. In regards to food we ask that you buy your own. You will have a shelf in the fridge & a shelf in our large freezer. Also your own space in the pantry. We have had problems prior with people not buying their own & eating most of our. Please respect this. No one will touch your food at all. Food includes every thing unless you want to negotiate another arrangement. Smokers outside only. Please no drug users at all or any alcoholics. No one with any type of illegal history.
