Only the shower below will have to be shared with another bloke. I use the kitchen for about an hour, even less, the other bloke cooks a little.Close to public transport, Monash, Chadstone, Ormond .The room has a singlebed/ queen size bunk bed(as required) cupboard,table, chst of drawers ,split system. Looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease at this property. The formal 12 month lease rolled over as of end of February and the landlord has now agreed to allow us to take on a month by month lease (no fixed-term, should you wish to move out you will just need to arrange a lease transfer to a new tenant). 2 bedroom unit in Ormond, 1 block back behind the main shopping strip, and equally as close to the newly finished train station. The bus stop out the front of the station goes directly to Monash University Clayton one way, and Gardenvale/the beach the other. The local shops have an IGA, pharmacy, bakery, fruit and vegge shop, liquor store etc. And the local rooftop bar is just across the train tracks. The apartment has a good sized conjoined lounge/kitchen with small balcony, gas cooktop, fridge etc and plenty of benchspace. Lounge has leather couch and tv unit, playstation3/4 for all your games or blu ray needs - and my netflix and stan accounts :P The bathroom has washing machine taps (machine coming early march), and separate bath and shower. The avaliable room has nice carpet, full size built in robes and would fit a queen bed as well as a side table, etc. (Currently unfurnished, but my sister is heading overseas and has a double bed and some other bedroom stuff I could hijack if needed.) Hello prospetive housemate My place is a large single story unit that has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroms, 2 toilets, dining room, study, family room as well as a lounge (It also has a kitchen and laundry). No need to stay in your room even if you do want some solo time as (as we all do from time to time) Central heating and air conditioning. Unlimited internet. Situated in a secluded and quiet location. It is within easy walking distance to the station and an even quicker walk to the tram. You will have your choice of 2 bedrooms, both with built in robes. There will only be one flatmate in the house with me as I want to keep the extra bedroom free for family or guests. You will be sharing with one mature male. I enjoy entertaining but don't do a lot. My home is my safe spot, a haven from the hurly burly of the outside world. A lot of the time you will have the place to yourself as I frequently travel nationally for work.
