Welcome! Our home is a nice comfy place on the border of Bentleigh East and Oakleigh. We are roughly a 15 minute walk from Oakleigh station or a 5 minute bus ride with the 603 just at the end of the street. With easy access to PT and all the Greek gyros of Oakleigh, its a pretty decent location! Its an older house but is very reasonably priced and has everything you need! We previously lived with another couple and with 4 in the house there was plenty of space. There is one bathroom but with a separate toilet. Previously used as a study/office the room comfortably fits a double or a queen and has a build in wardrobe (~$100 per week/ $430 per month) Bills are not included in the rent. It would be great to split our internet bill of $59 pm (NBN 100 up 40 down). There is ample car space both off and on street parking. It is a pretty old house but if you are looking for somewhere relatively cheap to stay it does well enough. The house belongs to our grandparents and we rent from them but they sometime will be around because they keep stuff in the back sheds. Room has a bed, desk and inbuilt cupboard currently, but we can figure something to do with them if you don't want use them. Telstra cable unlimited Pets are welcome but know that the backyards is all concrete so might not be the best for dogs.
