This is a clean space with a great size backyard and front yard. It's a very open living house and offers everything you need close by. You have your own privacy with your own room and is respected.
Plenty of food/pantry space in kitchen. Shed for storage.
The Links shopping centre (Woolies, Bunnings, Maccas, gyms), some stores and parks within 1km, perfect to go walking or by bike.
Rent is currently $900/month each. Comes every 15th, not including bills.

I'm Raul working full-time in IT so pretty much in my computer most of the times, either working or occasionally gaming. Also like to hangout and catch up with friends on weekends and the ocassional event or fest.
Matthew, Aussie bloke, working for the council doing maintenance jobs around the area. He likes rock music, movies, and doing some crafts after work as hobby (currently growing some fruits in the garden).
Cosmo, a 3 1/2 yo Border Collie. Very quiet and people lover. He spends most of the time in my bedroom but will greet anyone arriving home.
We are very respectful of privacy, and we spend most of the time at home in our own rooms, with an occasional chat at the backyard or lounge.
