About the flatmates
Hi, I'm a single 58-year-old woman living in a cosy house in a quiet street. I work from home and tend to be home a lot, pottering and reading and watching movies. I occasionally go out at night, usually social events with family and friends.
I have a spare bedroom with access to all amenities. You are welcome to share the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, lovely little courtyard and leafy front garden. The bedroom has some furniture (including single bed) but you are welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer.
Great location: 5-minute walk to Bentleigh East shops and Ritchies IGA, 10-minute drive to Westfield Southland and 13-minute drive to Chadstone Shopping Centre. Easy access to major roads such as Nepean Highway and Dandenong Rd (Princes Highway). It takes 15 minutes to drive to Monash Medical Centre or Monash University, as well as a nearby bus that goes directly to both locations.
Ideally I would like a friendly housemate who is tidy and happy to help clean the common areas. Please, no party people with lots of visitors.
