Once approved & your share of security bond standard 4 week split paid (paid off gradually in addition to rent, under a negotiated written tenancy agreement fine too) You can move in & given responsibility of your own set of keys. You will be given a receipt & refunded bond on exit provided no damage or lossed keys etc. Courtesy when inviting guests & family, inform the other flatmate especially length of stay &/or overnight stay, no more than once a week negotiable, & no longer then 24 hr period, no freeloading squatters (includes partner, no couples stipulated in listing). t’s only 2 bedroom, & approved 2 occupants only, no long term guests, not ideal for couples. The property is in a great location, quiet street in a nice area but 5 minutes from warrawong mall, 3 minutes from the lake and 10 min from beaches. The house has two toilets and one bathroom, freshly renovated bathroom and new carpet and wall paint. We have a view of the lake from the balcony which is a great spot to sit and unwind.

We are renting out the bottom floor of our home. Rent is $280 for a single person or $310 for a couple. We are a friendly family who are open to the occasional chat but will also respect your privacy and ask that you respect ours also. You have a separate entrance and washing line to us. Our child is in primary school, we ask that any activities conducted in the back yard be appropriate for a child to witness. High on the hilltop overlooking the beautiful Lake Illawarra is this big house with a massive backyard. Warrawong is great, so conveniently located halfway between Wollongong and Shellharbour. I moved here from Sydney 9 months ago and I love it. It's a duplex house and my beautiful girlfriend and her gorgeous kids are downstairs officially but upstairs a fair bit too, together with our adorable little puppy Roxy the Foxy. It's a fun and super friendly household here!
