We use minimal plastics (no clingwrap) and conservative with power and water. I live with a retired guide dog and friendly cat. I am a quiet person, work from home and am usually in bed when the sun goes down.

Rent can be negotiable depending on how handy you are as I have odd jobs that need to be done.
