The house is close to a bus stop and to Warrawong Mall and Lake Heights Shopping centre. It is fully furnished, just the bedroom is empty. No bond but the first weeks rent must be paid before moving in. We are very friendly and easygoing but rent being on time is an absolute must, and being tidy. It's a nice big spacious flat, with nice furniture. And you can see the lake. If you don't have a bed, I do have an alternative matress to throw on the floor, so it'll still be pretty cosy. I have a spare blanket, and I'll try to get some sheets if you don't have any. But I'm doing this with the intention of meeting people, I'm moving into Wollongong or Warrawong, maybe you might name your preference and would share a $300 + a week flat, I'd only want 130 to 150 from you, depending on what we land. I'll pay the power bills. I had been evicted due to required building renovations, and only have three to a maximum 7 weeks left here. No blond, but I will require the two weeks rent in advance.
It’s a beautiful spacious house, located 5 minutes from Wollongong CBD and the beach as well as a 10 minute walk from both Wollongong and Coniston train stations. The house is fully furnished except for the 2 vacant bedrooms. I have a spare queen bed, set of draws and tv unit for anyone who may need them. As they are still my property I expect them to be kept in good condition. The property does only have one bathroom but it is large with both a spa bath and shower.

We've got a servo next door, pub and amenities down the road, a few really nice cafes close by, and all you can ever ask for within a 5 min drive to Wollongong Central, Figtree Grove and the beach. Town is a really nice 30 min stroll if you want to be active. Otherwise, the #11 bus stops right outside, the train station's virtually across the road (but you can't hear it!), and it's only 10 mins walk to several buses on Springhill Road. It's an 8 min drive to uni too. Rent is $125/week, bond is $400, electricity and internet bills will be split equally when they come up (no details on prices as yet). Move in date is currently early April, but can be pushed a little bit either way if needed. This is not a place for partying or smokers and I'm sorry fur babies, but our lease doesn't allow pets.
