I also have 3 small dogs who live with me so must like dogs. I am up early for work and after work i am riding horses also going to the gym. This is what i dont like in a person lock yourself away in the room or lay around doing nothing or head down the pub, don't mind if you drink dont get me wrong . There is a bus stop out front or about 7min walk to the train. Also parking can be flexable. And feel free to ask any questions.
The property is in a great location, quiet street in a nice area about 5 minutes from Warrawong mall, 3 minutes from the lake and 10 minutes from beaches. The house has two toilets and one bathroom which is freshly renovated and new carpet and wall paint. We have a view of the lake from the balcony which is a great spot to sit and unwind.

Our bud is moving out after 2 and a half happy years in the self contained flat adjoining the house. Its had a fresh coat of paint, new kitchen with a fridge, carpet and tiles installed and a semi private deck area. The bedroom is large with a separate bathroom/laundry and storage space. The bus stop out the front takes 15-20mins to get to the heart of Wollongong and the Uni otherwise there is lots of room in the backyard to park if you were to drive and all the street parking is free and very available. The beach is a 600m walk away, the lake is closer and the shopping center is just down the road. Internet is included in the rent but you will pay for the power quarterly for what you use as its a separate meter.

The house is in an awesome location, in Coniston which is a 5 min drive to the centre of Wollongong. The train station is a 2min walk away and there is a bus stop across the road. It is also quick and easy to get on the highway. Figtree Grove shopping centre is a 5 min drive and a similar distance to other shopping centres in Wollongong (Aldi, Woolworths). There are lots of delivery services available too, just in case of a junk food craving. The house has 4 bedrooms- you would have one and me another. There are two spares, which you would be welcome to use for visitors or if you wanted to set up a study. The bedroom for rent looks quite small in the pics (it was hard to take a photo) but it would easily fit a queen/even a king with room for a desk, drawers and anything else you might need. It has a large built in with that contains drawers and good hanging space. The dimensions of the room are 3.6x3.3m. It is a beautiful light filled, sunny room with a fan. It has a tv port and a tv available if wanted. There is also a sunroom, which could serve as separate living area. The bathroom would be shared however, it is a bit of a funny old house with two extra toilets in the laundry. So you could have a toilet all of your own but would need to share the bathroom for the shower. There is an off street parking in the driveway or street parking. Water is included in the rent but other bills (electric, gas and internet) would be split. If you have no furniture, I do have a single bed frame (no mattress) and other bits and pieces that could be used to fill the room.
The townhouse is less than 3 years old. There are ocean views from both bedroom windows and balcony. The rooms for rent have built in wardrobes. Air conditioning in the main living area. Small, grassed courtyard. Two minute walk to the train station, one stop into town, two stops for the University or North Wollongong Beach. There is also an 18 month old Puggle named Keith 😆 he is house trained and always keen for a nap or a hug. All bills are separate to the rent, and include Gas, electricity, water, and internet.
